*ABSENTEE BIDS are not accepted below one-half of the low estimate.
*PHONE BIDS are reserved for those lots with a minimum opening bid of $300.

*A 25% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the purchase price. Purchases are also subject to New Jersey sales tax. 
*Credit card payments (MasterCard & Visa) are accepted for domestic purchases only and limited to $2000 per auction. For invoices over that amount, full payment will be expected in the form of cash or check. Leighton reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. 
*INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED BY WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. 
*Pick-ups are at our Waldwick, N.J. office on the Friday & Monday following the auction from 11AM to 4PM.

*Leighton will not be held responsible for failure to execute bids. 
*In the event of identical bids, the earliest bid will take precedence.
